The basics.

These Terms govern your use of Switchboard, operated by DW Labs. Using the site, hosted API, CLI account features, or billing flow means you agree to them. If you use Switchboard for an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept on its behalf.

Switchboard is a local CLI and hosted difficulty-classification service for Claude Code and Codex. The API scores request difficulty; the CLI applies your local model mapping.

Your use of Claude Code, Codex, OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, and other tools stays subject to their own terms.

You need an account for classification, balances, and top-ups. Keep it secure. Switchboard is prepaid: $1 grants 1,000 request credits, debited on successful classification.

• Top-ups are one-time payments via Stripe.
• Refunds and billing corrections are handled case by case through support.
• Credits have no cash value outside Switchboard and are not transferable.

Use Switchboard lawfully. Don't harm the product, other users, our infrastructure, or third-party services.

• No abusing, scraping, attacking, or bypassing the API, billing, rate limits, or auth.
• No malware, credential theft, fraud, harassment, or other unlawful use.
• Don't send secrets or sensitive personal data unless authorized.

Switchboard runs alongside local CLIs and provider credentials. You're responsible for your machine, shell, credentials, provider spending, and any actions your agent or tools take. The CLI creates local shims and config; uninstall removes the shims, and you can delete local config manually.

Switchboard is evolving. We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features, pricing, or availability. We may suspend access for accounts that look risky, abusive, fraudulent, or unpaid.

Switchboard is provided as is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect routing, exact savings, or that any model decision will suit your task. To the maximum extent allowed by law, DW Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or provider charges arising from your use of Switchboard.
